The series is full of family, faith, struggle, survival, and strong women, set to a backdrop of the remarkable music, radio, and television of the time. Laci lives in Georgia with her husband, two sons, and dog, Bucky. When she is not reading and writing about history, she loves hiking, traveling, and teaching group fitness.
