Matt Guarino is an entrepreneur with a diverse background. He owns Unlocking Equity, a real estate investment company, and now he’s launching a new program – Powerful Homes – that unlocks the door to homeownership for those with a heart for service. Matt started as a CPA for Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and then spent twenty years working with a Fortune 50 company before launching his own business. Matt grew up in New York in a large (and loud) Italian family with six siblings. He attended college at James Madison University in Virginia. He is married to his junior high school sweetheart, Kami, and together they have four adventurous children. Matt is passionate about baseball, loves traveling and spending time with his family, and walking his beloved dog, Delilah. The Guarino family lives in Centennial, Colorado.
