Mayo Garner is born and raised in Saint Paul Minnesota.. Mayo grew up in poverty struggling to find his purpose in life, as he suffered a lot of childhood trauma from being abused by relatives, struggling with PTSD from being stabbed, jumped and seeing his friends from being killed in the streets from gang violence.. Mayo also experienced unfairly treatment by injustice system as he sat in jail for 14months for a crime he never committed, it seems like most of his whole life he just couldn’t catch a break.. until one day Mayo was lock up at the juvenile detention center at the age of 14 years old for breaking the law and while he was sitting in his cell.. he started to right poems about his life to the point he became very know in his community as one of the greatest, upcoming poet that step foot in the twin cities.. Mayo Garner is just not a inspiration or symbol of hope for the people that was raised in poverty, but he’s also a inspiration to the world as he calls himself The Heart 🌎F The Struggle…
