Michelle Kaplan is Founder and Owner of Burst & Fleurish, LLC, a professional training and consulting company. As an HR Strategist, Coach, Trainer, Poet, and Author, Michelle blends her original poetry with her work with Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Development. With her alarm set for 4:10 a.m. most days, Michelle practices her unorthodox method of meditation, disguised in her early morning workouts, and writes poetry, with the intention of self-discovery, for a least an hour a day. Michelle's personal and professional experiences combined with her natural intuitiveness, provides a uniquely contemporary and relevant perspective throughout her writings on subjects that have been explored for centuries.
