Hi, My name is mindy wilson I am a Motivational speaker and author. I have discovered my passion of writing to help others live thier fullest life through my trials as a mom and Survivor of Domestic Violence. living my life to the fullest in a small farming community in Utah with my three beautiful children who inspire and make me laugh everyday. I love education and get an opportunity everyday to teach Special education children and encourage them to never give up! Some of my favorite activities to participate in are skydiving, hiking, ax throwing, working out and most of all playing with my children, supporting them and being the best role model for them. You will find me posting quote's, poems and pictures that speak to my heart. Surviving yeas of all five forms of abuse and getting out has taught me resilience and helped me discover my purpose (because we all have one)! its our job to find it and even though it may be rocky at times it is a beautiful journey of the heart. I desire for the stigma to be broken and bring light to the subject so no other young girls and woman have to be silenced. My other passion is bringing awareness to Pediatric migraines. currently my children's book, Jane Leaps through Migraines that will be available very soon is set to inspire and encourage not only little ones but everyone involved. As a young new mom hearing " I think your daughter is suffering from migraines" at a very young age struck me cold. I was scared of the unknown and had no knowledge of how to be the support while supporting me through it. I believe with knowledge comes power and we have a choice on how to use it. Mine comes in the forms of two beautiful books and building conversations.
