Pat Kilner's work and first book, FIND YOUR SIX, is driven by his desire to ensure that great professionals of every stripe become disruption-proof in spite of and oftentimes because of the dynamic, unpredictable markets they find themselves in. Pat has founded and leads three companies: two in the real estate space and one in the training world. He is also the co-founder of the DC Accelerator, a young professional development non-profit. Pat serves on the boards of primary education initiatives and donates time to develop strategic plans for inner-city organizations at the service of youth in the DC metro area. He studied business and philosophy at The Catholic University of America and taught and studied economics at the Universidad de Navarra in Pamplona, Spain, where he achieved a Master’s degree.
