Spanish, born in Argentina. A philologist, I currently teach English and Spanish online, an activity I find enjoyable as it allows me to share my fondness for these languages. Along my life, the performing arts has been something close to my heart, having taken parts in several plays in Spain and Colombia. Some years ago, during my time as the artistic director of The Borough's Players, the academic theatre group of the Universidad Distrital in Bogotá, I had to write down some theatre adaptations. It seems to me that such experience of rewriting what others had written has prompted my decision to try my particular manner of storytelling. There is nothing new under the sun; however, the old and recurrent emotions can anew be recreated within countless circumstances and tinges. Here, it makes sense to borrow Borges's words when he says that "the poem is inexhaustible", and so there will be always a different way, a personal token at writing it.
