Peter Jennings writes non-fiction books that inspire readers to seek the advantages life offers. Working from Serenity, his home near Georgian Bay, Ontario, he writes books like "Shark Assault: An Amazing Story of Survival". The book has received wide acclaim (re-printed less than one month after launch; Readers Digest published a 4,000 word excerpt in 15 languages around the world). It profiles the life of Nicole Moore, a nurse from Orangeville, Ontario who suffered two brutal attacks from a shark in Cancun that came close to killing her (http://www.sharkassault.com). "Why Being Happy Matters" came next, featuring Peter conducting insightful interviews with 37 people from around the world on the subject of happiness. Based on his work with this volume, Dr. Christine Carter of the University of California has designated Peter a "Happiness Expert". Peter's publisher will re-launch this updated book in 2024 with new material, under the title "Being Happy Matters" (http://www.beinghappymatters.life). Next came "Behind The Seams", covering the life and times of fashonista Marilyn Brooks (http://www.marilynbrooks.com) and "For Want of 40 Pounds", the biographical portrait of Bert Mann who, as a youth in 1939, walked across all of Austria, Germany and Holland to board a ship as a stowaway and escape the wrath of the Nazis (http://www.forwantof40pounds.com). Peter's newest books have just been launched: "Until I Smile At You" (https://www.untilismileatyou.com), the true story about Ruth Lowe, the young lady who wrote the song that dynamited Frank Sinatra's career into the stratosphere (and which is about to be made into a feature film); and "Ruth's Wonderful Song", a children's book also based on Ruth Lowe (https://www.thewonderfulsong.com). These books are available at book stores, on each book's website and at Amazon, etc. His most recent book, "Pushing The Boundaries! How To Get More Out Of Life" (https://www.pushingtheboundaries.life) has been published and he is working on other books, coming soon. \When he's not writing books, Peter keeps up his blog at https://www.anauthorslife.blog.
