Thomas Shires is a Tasmanian farmer with an indigenous heritage. He lives on a small farm with his wife and two children. The farm is run with a focus on sustainability and regenerating the landscape. When he is not writing, Thomas could be planting trees, tending to bees, feeding cows or playing computer games. As a child, Thomas was an avid writer and reader. His love of the written word has continued, and he now has written his own book. He hopes to add more stories in the future.
