Tim Parsons studied to be a teacher at university. Soon after embarking into the world of teaching primary children, he began to tell his pupils funny anecdotes about growing up with his younger brother. It wasn't long before he was telling the whole school. It wasn't long before he was persuaded to write them down. So he did. He enjoyed writing stories so much, he continued to write other stories for the children to inspire their own writing. My Brother Wears Pink Pants is his fist published book; containing many of his original stories he used to tell his pupils. Tim now has his own children and is already working on his second book based on the naughty and crazy things his sons get up to. Tim is also an accomplished jazz pianist who regularly performs with jazz ensembles in the South East. He continues to teach part time in a primary school. He is available for author school visits.
