Toi Blackwell is a very proud cancer survivor and a mom of a miracle non-verbal autistic boy that was born at 24weeks weighing only 1lb 6oz. Doctors told her from the day he was born, for her to not get attached to him, as his life expectancy rate was less than 30 percent. Although she was told this, she still chose to stay encouraged, remain faithful and advocate for her son to have the best life possible. This is what lead her to put a book together for her to read consistently, to uplift her spirits during many challenging days of being a special need mom. One of her main goals is to encourage other families that are raising disabled children and let them know they are simply not alone. Although life has it's challenges, she continues to work on healing herself from her own traumas, advocating for her son daily, and wants others to live in their truth and remain encouraged with her.
