Veso Portarsky, born and raised in Sofia, completed his business studies in Berlin and Amsterdam. His first job took him to Burda Verlag in Moscow. He then lived in Zurich before returning to Berlin. After 10 years of selling the hospitality program of international football events to FIFA VIP clientele in Eastern Europe, he worked for the international markets of the Bulgarian brand of organic snacks QuinBite, supporting the social project for free education of children in the poorer regions of India. His first book "The biggest orgasm in the Balkans" was published by Shaker Media in 2015. His second book "The wine that was not allowed to drink" was published in August 2017. His third book "Prominence" was published in 2019 and his first poetry book "Poems from around the world" with illustrations by Jonathan Meese was published by Killroy Artbook Verlag in 2021.
