Nestled along the jagged edges of the Stormbound Seas, Thunder Cove was the kind of place whispered about in hushed tones by sailors over mugs of frothy ale. It was no ordinary stretch of coastline. Thunder Cove was a shadowy inlet shrouded in perpetual mist and battered endlessly by storms that seemed to brew out of nowhere. Towering cliffs loomed over its treacherous waters, and the skies above were almost always streaked with lightning bolts, illuminating the jagged rocks and tempestuous waves below.
