I absolutely loved this book and was upset at the ending at the same time!! now to start the next one..

Norman loves his world-building and this title contains much of that, this time focusing mainly on the nitty-gritty and honestly rather depraved aspects of the slave trade on Gor. It actually gets a little bogged down in this, but once the final act hits, the action is great. This combination is why this series will ever be to me a guilty pleasure.
