I bought this book mainly to listen to the story of Royce by Michael J Sullivan and to see if any of the other authors is worth listening to. Royce story was too short and none of the other stories was really good enough to convince me to pursue other authors. I actually skipped a couple of the stories they were so not worth my time.

The narrator is excellent and he who kept me going. I was looking forward to learn about someone who had a big impact on the region. What I heard is that the west was on the right side of history and Iran is on the absolute wrong side of it. When a terrorist attack is done against an Israeli, we get to know the person/family well but killing Iraqis, Iranians, Syrians and any eastern person/group doesn’t warrant the sympathy of the author or the listener apparently. The author is not a true historian. He has the right to express his views but not fool the readers who expect historical facts and get biased views

How a group that suffered can inflict the same kind of suffering on others

The book is amazing; it is heartbreaking to hear about the suffering of Palestinians but the fact that its author is Israeli gives me hope that not all Israelis are monsters

Unnecessarily long

I like the smart insightful symbolism but it dragged on for much much longer than necessary. There is so much repetition that I suspect that I pressed previous chapters by mistake.
Also, I don’t like that there is a fifth book. When I was deciding on choosing this series, I read that it was 4 books. Anyways, I am not excited about the fifth book and won’t be waiting for it. I respect that the author put a lot of time and thought in but he went overboard with the exhaustive details

The first book was ok, not great but promising but then it got worse. I don’t understand how is it that The main character is Sviska. He is not unique in any way and the others contributed much more to saving people. Also, killing is glorified, not just justified but celebrated. I wanted my time waiting for the story to make sense but it didn’t

I enjoy Michael’s books a lot and I seek them also because I love Tim’s narrations. I actually search for books that he narrates no matter who the authors are. But this book is too too short and tells nothing about Suri. It is definitely not worth one credit. Honestly, I feel cheated

The narration was not good, it didn’t fit with the theme of the story. The story wasn’t great either, not coherent at all. I kept rewinding just because the narrator lost me. To be honest, it was a book club choice; I would have stopped listening to it except for the fact that I wanted to hear my colleagues opinions on the book. Whether it was just me or they agreed with me that the book wasn’t worth the time

I enjoyed the first two books of this series and preordered the third book and supposedly the final book of the series; but there is no closing!!!! So many loose threads!!! Is there a second part to “The Four Part Key” book?
