This story is less adventure and more soap opera. The performance, however was great. I imagine if this was published today the cover would feature some shirtless guy with long locks blowing in the wind.

If you don't have the wherewithal or the means to move to Alaska when you're finished this audiobook, don't start into it. Listening to the perfect narration of Dick's story and then not being able to go will break your heart.

This book was very good. I could have done without the Dante character, but it didn't ruin the book. I can say though, that I am disappointed. I thought that with the quarantine and all, this edition would have been longer or at least as long as the others. I always want a little more at the end of a good book, but this just left me disappointed. Who was the guy Gabby saw being rushed by Grayson at the end? Get your butt in gear Lisa. We love this series and we want more.

I've always liked Mr. Taylor's music. Now I know where some of those songs came from. very interesting listen. I recommend it if you're a music fan, or if you're not. It is a story of perseverance and overcoming obstacles, some put there by himself. Thank you James.

Kevin Pierce was brilliant once again. I'm really starting to like Franklin Horton. This book was very good, but seemed much shorter than the first. (I haven't checked the actual length yet. Can't wait to get the third....Just checked, it's actually an hour longer. I'm sold on Mr. Horton.
