Vancouver, time passing, the illusion of change, and the strange feeling of being the same person despite decades of life unfolding - this episode explores what happens when we return to places that once felt like turning points.

Twenty-five years ago, I stepped off a cruise ship in Vancouver, convinced I was at the beginning of something big. Now, after years of acting, walking, storytelling, and unexpected detours, I’ve found myself back in the same city, retracing old steps and asking: Have I changed? Or just gathered more stories?

Join me as I walk through Stanley Park, revisit the place where I had my first headshots taken, and wrestle with the trick time plays on us - the illusion that everything is different, when deep down, we might still be the same. Plus, a key lime cheesecake, an attempt at filming that went hilariously wrong, and a few thoughts on why we can never really capture a moment - only live it.
