It is a great book with a step-by-step process for harnessing the healing power of the Vagus nerve. I do not know much about our bodies, but with this audiobook, we can learn a little bit about the inner parts of the body. I can certainly use some knowledge about Techniques to build resilience against stress and anxiety–tools for lifelong wellness. Healing in our body is a resting digestive system as the author indicated, and I agree with him. I am happy to know the power of the Vagus nerve. The narrator is great for the story.
