Perfect companion for CBT treatment

Strategy #76. Listen to The audiobook of Sleep.

Jokes aside. This book in conjunction with "Feeling Great" by David Burns and "Retrain Your Brain" by Seth Gillihan form a perfect ensemble. FG teaches how your brain works, RYB gives you a regiment to put everything in action, and this book gives the glue that holds everything together: a good night's sleep.

This book is very well organized and easy to read (and listen to). I wish all self-treatment books were like this. Heavy books can be intimidating for people suffering from depression. A first section for giving you insight, then keeps it simple for the rest of the chapters for each strategy: why it works and how to do it.

Delightful delivery too.
