Game Changer for this Extrovert!

This book helped me in so many ways. I will highlight two: First of all as an extrovert with decades of sales and networking experience I learned that without a system I am truly limiting my effectiveness. I think of Jim Collins "Good is the enemy of Great."
Secondly, I have a much better understanding and empathy for the introvert at an event. I will make a conscious effort to make them more comfortable and gently guide them to rich conversations where I know they will add tremendous value.
