Loved the content and presentation
I quite enjoyed hearing the opinions of the authors. Their participation in presentation of the book makes it feel more like a well choreographed podcast than a reading of a book. It makes for very easy listening. While their opinion doesn't always match with my own, it is presented in such a way as to allow me to still see the value in it.

Fantastic book .
This book is excellent . I had no impression at all listening to a technical book. Great job. I felt this book taught more about how to become better at whatever craft you do. Great technical book, needs accompanying diagrams
This is a great technical book! However it needs a pdf of the accompanying diagrams at least. Often times in the audio track will say, "in the print edition there is a diagram of..." - it's really hard to visualize the description of a diagram as a diagram.

A fantastic book!

this book presents what is mostly common knowledge for anyone who's been working in the tech industry for a while. it's more about bringing you from noob to intermediate. it's not as helpful to bring you from intermediate to advanced.

Neither informative nor entertaining
I struggle to imagine who might find this book valuable. It is literally just a long list of baseless platitudes and cliches, all of which you've probably heard before, with no real explanation of the why, how, or costs/benefits of each recommendation.
