Window as a young man
I have been through all the Widow books. I would rate this on as pretty good. I am also a fan of other book like the teacher series and others while these are entertaining books ( except for book 13 which I did not enjoy at all) they do not approach the Gray Man series. some of the Widow books are short and in my opinion seems rushed and loosely put together. this book has a somewhat complex but predictable plot. their is a glaring error in the story in chapter 23. It's hard to believe that the author overlooked a significant piece of evidence that would have broken open the investigation much earlier and seems like the author forget about it. It appears to be a authors or editors oversight and make a the story moving forward a bit contrivedt. I found it disappointing. Still, if you enjoy this series, it's interesting to see how Widow got his start. I won't dwell on the error as the latest Gray Man novel was just released and it has over 21 hours of run time. Gray Man is still the best in my opinion!

a step back before Widow was Widow. absolutely love this if you've followed from the start.
