Not for men.
This is highly aimed toward women and I wish it would have been stated in the description. Some aspects did resonate with me, but most did not. Some left me feeling worse than going in.

Thought provoking

Great if you are in your twenties
It had good sections but overall it was very naive and focused on young love.
No the right material if you are grieving the loss of someone or going through divorce.

I’ve thoughts
Healthy perspectives on moving forward. Enjoyed the author’s approach on growth and change. Liberating by freeing the strings that pull on our hearts. We do everyone a favour, when we stay with things honest to ourselves.

Great to help let go and start to heal and move on
Lots of great and simple chapters each their own and can stand alone . Motivating to let go but also to continue to keep hope and care about yourself and others and not to shut down and build walls. Continue to reach out to connect with others

A true opening while listening to this. I kept saying to myself “yes” “nailed
