If you are a yoga teacher or planning to be a yoga teacher one day, audition is something that you have or will encounter in your yoga teaching career some time. It’s like an entrance exam to a good school, it’s quite nerve wrecking and requires lots of preparation.

現在ヨガの先生をしている人、あるいはいつかヨガの先生になることを考えている人にとって、オーディションはヨガの指導者としての道を歩む上ですでに経験している、もしくはいつかは経験するものでしょう。まるで入学試験のようなオーディションは、とても神経を使い、たくさんの準備が必要なものとなります。

In this episode, Sandra will share with you her experience of going through a yoga audition and some advice for new teachers who will face yoga auditions in the near future.
