This is a short guided meditation to pause and relax during a stressful time or to calm anxiety. Simply focusing on your breath and being mindful of the sensations in your body is a very relaxing practice. You will feel relaxed, yet focused when you are finished with this meditation. This can be used first thing in the morning or at a time during your day when you need to relax and calm down.
