Hi friends!
Today I’m sharing 10 signs that show you have grown in the gym (non physically). This episode was inspired by wanting to make a post about gym growth on instagram but couldn't condense it down into JUST 30 seconds or less (ugh attention spans).. Some of the signs on the list may sound like a “no shit” idea, but those are sometimes the things that need to be reiterated the most. I hope you all enjoy!
Here are my 10 signs of gym growth:
- Following a plan
- Fueling before and after
- Knowing your limits and when to reign it in
- Using the deadlift platform or any equipment that was scary to you
- Not hitting every muscle group everyday
- Not working out for 2+ hours and understanding what consistency is
- Not restricting calories on off days or over exercising to compensate for missed workouts
- You stopped body checking
- Sticking to a goal - we don't want goal interference
- You asked for help
The list could go on!
