    For the longest time, I didn't understand the importance of boundaries. I thought being available for everyone, and saying yes, all the time, was the right thing to do. I found out how wrong I was when I completely crashed and hit rock bottom in 2013.

    I finally started to understand that I had to create some boundaries in my life if I wanted things to change. But after a lifetime of never having boundaries, I didn’t have the faintest idea where to start!

    Do you constantly find yourself saying yes and later feeling exhausted and resenting your decisions? I completely understand how that feels!

    In today’s episode I am going to share how I navigated this challenge and the specific strategies that I used to create healthy boundaries in my life.
