Here, we honor the brain and its complexities, from the genetic and environmental factors shaping ADHD to the power of rewiring your identity and consciously creating your reality. This isn’t about labeling ADHD as a limitation—it’s about understanding it, working with your wiring, and refusing to let it define what’s possible. Through bold conversations and actionable strategies, we’ll explore how to transform hyperfocus, creativity, and quick thinking into clarity, alignment, and movements that matter. Whether you’re building a brand, leading a career pivot, or redefining success on your terms, this is your space to balance science, self-awareness, and mindset shifts. Together, we’ll reframe your struggles as strengths and your constraints as opportunities. It’s time to stop fighting your wiring and start using it to your advantage. Ready to get rewired? Let’s go. • (24) Guilt, Shame, and ADHD: Exploring Human Design Motivation and Transference
    Dec 24 2024

Do you feel stuck in cycles of guilt and shame with ADHD?

In this episode, we explore the complex interplay between ADHD, guilt, and shame, using Human Design as a groundbreaking lens to understand and shift these patterns.

I dive into the research (did you know 73% of adults with ADHD report significant feelings of guilt related to their condition?) and explain how traditional approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy address guilt and shame.

Then, we go deeper by examining Human Design’s Motivation variable—specifically my own: Hope motivation with transference to Guilt.

I break down what it means to transfer out of your core motivation into the not-self, why ADHDers are particularly prone to this, and how this compounds cycles of guilt and shame.

We also look at the difference between the Human Design motivation of Guilt and the feeling of guilt often experienced by ADHDers. By recognizing both the behavioral and energetic drivers behind these patterns, we can explore a more holistic approach to breaking free from guilt and shame.

Whether you’re familiar with Human Design or just starting your journey, this episode offers new insights into why ADHDers struggle with guilt and how to move toward alignment with your true motivation.

Join me for a nuanced discussion that blends research, energy, and practical tools to create real shifts in your life!

  • (23) Manifesting Generators and ADHD: Dispelling Myths, Understanding Impulsivity, and Finding Flow
    Dec 23 2024

Does your ADHD impulsivity feel like sacral alignment—or is it something else?

In this episode of Rewired: ADHD and Human Design, we’re dispelling myths about Manifesting Generators and ADHD. While there may appear to be overlap between ADHD traits and MG mechanics, they’re NOT the same.

    Here’s what you’ll learn:

    • How ADHD impulsivity and the sacral response differ—and why it matters.

    • The role of dopamine and the prefrontal cortex in impulsivity.

    • How to distinguish between a brain-driven urge and a sacral “yes.”

    • Why pausing helps you create flow and alignment.

We’ll also explore why misinformation about ADHD and Human Design keeps people stuck in shadow patterns—and what to do instead.

    Who Am I?

I’m a trained Analyst and BG5 Business Consultant, certified through the International Human Design School and the BG5 Institute, which focuses on the business application of the Human Design System. I am also a student at the Differentiation Degree College, at the IHDS (Rave Psychology and the Primary Health System advanced degree).

I’m also an ADHDer, a former counsellor, and someone deeply passionate about exploring the intersection of Human Design and ADHD. This interest stems from my personal experiences and the struggles I’ve seen in neurodivergent clients.

I know firsthand that it’s not as simple as it’s often made out to be, and my mission is to help you uncover the nuances and differences that truly empower.
