Gray, blue, and green are the other options. And if you look at the blues and the greens, they will tend to have a shade of gray in them. And the reason for that is so much easier to decorate with other colors. If you wanted cobalt blue cabinetry, certainly we can do it. We offer all the Sherwin Williams paint colors as standard, different colors to choose from. But if you want cobalt blue, my biggest concern and first question is going to be how long before you get tired of that color? One of the most important things to know when building your wealth is to use the tools that are available to you. Interestingly, the tools available to you grow as your wealth increases. This means you need to build your awareness of opportunities, as you build your wealth. Lane Kawaoka, founder of The Wealth Elevator and a seasoned real estate investor, helps build that awareness to educate people that are in wealth building mode. Got a property manager started to rent it out. And that was kind of where I got this taste of cash flow. And that was back in 2009, 2010. And when I mean the numbers, you look at this thing called the rent to value ratio, where you take the monthly rents divided by the purchase price. If that is not anywhere near 1% or higher, it's not going to work. You know, like, it might be a great place to live, great school district, but, you know, we're trying to find good rental properties that cash flow. And what watch time is essentially how long is someone watching your piece of content? And if the. The higher the watch time of your content is, the higher the algorithm will pick it up and showcase it to more people. And so as a result, these platforms can serve more ads, these people, and then that platforms make more money as a result. So watch time is huge.
