  • Once upon a time a prince with long flowing locks sat down across the table from the beast of the story to talk all things strength and conditioning, physical therapy, and heath and wellness. These are the stories. This weekly podcast brings together Ross Childs, PT, DPT, OCS (the handsome prince) of "Fit for life physical therapy" and Adam Gray CSCS, CFSC-1 (the beast) of "Gray Method Training".
