  • Meditation for Self Healing
    Jun 7 2023
This meditation is for people who have fears about their health, whether actual or imagined. These fears and worries sit within our aura, often amplifying the situation and making it appear worse than it actually might be. Using a simplified version of energy healing techniques as taught by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, through this meditation you will be able to remove these insecurities and achieve a greater sense of inner peace and confidence in your body. Since these are energies and they exist in layers within us, the more regularly you remove them, the faster you will be able to see the transformation in yourself!

  • Inner forgiveness: Releasing resentment
    Mar 31 2023
Have you been carrying grudges or feelings of hurt and pain against someone you once knew? How long has it been? It is quite possible that this person(s) is not even an active part of your life anymore. Yet the anger and resentment we often carry within us is still raw. On the other hand it could be someone close to you that has caused you pain and it feels difficult if not impossible to move on from the words they said or the behavior they displayed. Join Pragya in a simple forgiveness technique, as taught by Master Choa Kok Sui, the founder of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga. It is a short yet highly effective technique with many success stories from those that have practiced it properly. Ideally, you should do this towards one person for at least 7 days straight, once everyday. By the 7th day, you will already begin feeling lighter. If you wish to, you may continue for as long as you like. Once you feel like the thought of that person or the memory doesn’t bother you anymore, you may move on to the next person on your list :) It is important to note the difference between Inner and Outer forgiveness. To explain with a simple analogy, if a thief breaks into your house and steals your favorite travel souvenir, the right action to take would be to report them to the authorities and take necessary legal/preventive action so they are brought to book and don’t repeat this behavior in the future. Not taking this action would be an example of outer forgiveness. This is NOT what this practice advocates. However irrespective of the action that you might take outwardly, if you continue to harbor anger, irritation and hatred for that thief within you, these lower emotions affect no one but you. So the wise thing to do would be to let them go. This meditation is a tool for Inner forgiveness that you can use to find peace within yourself, by releasing resentment. Try it. You’ll be amazed at the results !
