  • Hello, my name is Dr. Nirvani Umadat, and after well over a decade in conventional dental practice, I realized that knowing widely held beliefs about health, didn’t translate into being healthy. One day, my patient who brushed and flossed regularly, avoided sugar-laden foods, drank countless liters of water per day, and regularly visited us for checkup and cleanings asked “Why do I still get cavities?”. It was not only a challenging question for me to answer, but a call to action to challenge the mainstream science narratives I knew were not serving people. This podcast is a bridge of the gap between peer-reviewed science and energetic and spiritual studies to give you a path forward to the healthiest, wisest, most vital version of yourself.
