Hello gorgeous! Please tell me you are counting down till the weekend like I am? I am so flipping thankful it is Friday! Goodness, has this week been A LOT for me! How about you? ~ When life is crazy it's hard to appreciate the "A LOTs". It's hard to be grateful for overflow & abundance. & when you have an unhealthy relationship with food & your body it makes it nearly impossible to see anything other than LACK.
Your eating disorder restricts more than just food & calories.
If you feel like you never have enough time, money, love or happiness....you aren't alone. This is a tactic of disordered eating. It's how it keeps you in the crazy-making cycle. But sitting in the "not enough" bleeds into "YOU not being enough". & we aren't living in that house anymore sis!
