We are back with our weekly episodes! In this first episode of 2025, I’m reflecting on the LA wildfire crisis and the lessons learned about how we lead others during challenging times in the world, in our work, or in our own personal lives. Living in LA, I’ve seen the devastation up close and witnessed the many ways people are responding to it online. Some responding out of fear, and others proclaiming that this is God's judgment. It’s made me pause and consider the very real fact that during any challenge, the way we LEAD within that challenge MATTERS.
Leadership isn’t just about what we say and do, but how we do it. In today’s conversation, we’ll explore the importance of leading with love and compassion in your work, your business, with people, and especially when wordly or personal challenges hit. I’ll share why it’s essential to stay rooted in your faith, plant seeds of hope, and let God shape not just your actions but your heart in everything you do.
If you’re navigating a circumstance in your own life right now or simply want to lead with greater intention no matter the challenge you face, this episode is for you.
Enjoy, and share it with those who could benefit from taking a listen! For more encouragement, you can connect with me on Instagram at @angelmarieofficial
