Layla is a multi passionate licensed therapist, dancer, and facilitator dedicated to nurturing connection through movement and healing. As a queer, non-binary, and neurodivergent somatic therapist, Layla draws on personal and professional insights to foster connection, confidence, and presence in others through embodiment. Known for their dynamic performances that blend and embrace an array of styles including acro, heels, chair, roller skates, burlesque, hip hop, belly dance, and twerk, Layla uses their diverse skill set to create whimsical experiences.


    In this episode today, we discuss how dance healed trauma that Layla carried with her through her life and how dance can help us create a more attuned and embodied living experience - cultivating safety within our bodies.
