    Nina was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in August 2015, for those who are unsure what this is, multiple sclerosis is a lifelong condition that affects the brain and nerves.

    There are many possible symptoms of multiple sclerosis. Common symptoms include tiredness, vision problems and problems with walking or balance.

    Multiple sclerosis cannot be cured, but medicines and other treatments can help ease some of the symptoms.

    Multiple sclerosis is caused by your immune system mistakenly attacking the brain and nerves and has a direct impact on a person's mental health.

    Nina shares some important self-help techniques which she practices like a bible to sustain a healthy mindset, Nina shares valuable insight to an organisation that has helped her with understanding her diagnosis namely mssociety.org.uk, a community of people living with MS, scientists, campaigners, volunteers and fundraisers.
