This meditation is something near and dear to my heart, and I am so excited to be sharing it with you as the podcast episode this week! It is something that I have been learning to cultivate more of in my life, through learning from others and incorporating my own techniques as well. Connecting to the feeling and energy of gratitude has been life-changing for me, and a catalyst for me to love my life more each day. My intention for you with this meditation is to shift your entire energetic frequency so you attract more to be grateful for all around you, and create a solid foundation for living your most enjoyable life.
