    Today’s guest is the staggeringly impactful Cristy ‘Code Red’ Nickel. The word ‘powerhouse’ gets thrown around a little too liberally these days but, in the case of Cristy, that would be a very apt way to summarise this inspirational businessperson.

    Having grown up as a poor kid from the mountains of Idaho Cristy started her working life as a professional boxer simply as a way to pay the bills to put herself through nursing school. But as she got more involved in sport she found she had a huge passion for fitness. This led to her becoming a fitness coach and her energetic approach put her on the radar of all the right people, which enabled her to become a Celebrity Personal Trainer. But her mission was bigger than simply serving a select few, so she created the ‘Code Red Revolution’ which is a lifestyle methodology that has helped thousands and thousands of people globally and has ensured that Cristy has now become a hugely successful entrepreneur too.
