  • 108 | If I Can With Chris Kosch
    Feb 12 2025

Chris was born and raised in the small farming and ranching community of Nanton, Alberta.

It was clearly established early on in his life that he would not be raised with pity or sympathy. Within hours of being born, his grandma was informed that his parents gave birth to a healthy baby boy; however, he was missing both arms and both legs. Without any hesitation whatsoever she simply pointed out the fact that, “Bruce (his father) never did finish anything he started”.

Chris attribute that dry and quirky sense of humor as the reason why he can honestly say that growing up without arms and legs was quite easy.

His family could have treated his disability like a total tragedy but instead chose to take it all in stride and make the best of the situation. After all, he still had a good head on his shoulders… and with that, anything is possible.

In this episode we ‘get into it’ with Chris about:

-What it was like growing up without arms and legs

    -His theories on life

    -His motivation and message

    -Awkward conversations in public

-Travelling to other countries with a disability

    -Having a healthy mindset

    Feb 5 2025

Kiki is a somatic body practitioner with over 12 years of experience. She started her career as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and became the first to introduce Cranial Release Technique (C.R.T.) to Canada in 2014. In her seventh year of practice, she completed Biodynamic Release Therapy training which deepened her awareness of the body’s subtle energy shifts and how they play a role in healing deeply rooted trauma within the nervous system.

In 2018, Kiki relocated to Vancouver Island, where her work evolved into energy healing and intuitive guidance. A lifelong meditation enthusiast, her journey took a profound turn after a metaphysical encounter with a shamanic healer and psychic channeler. Before she passed, she transferred her abilities to Kiki, unlocking her capacity to see, feel, and work with energy at an advanced level. I now tune into a person’s energy field, identify blockages, and channel higher intelligence to transmute, alchemize, and release stored energetic imbalances.

Today, Kiki works with executives, entrepreneurs, and high-level thinkers to help them achieve heightened focus, and a deeper connection to their intuitive intelligence.

In this episode we get into it with Kiki about

    -Her work and abilities

    -3-D, 4-D, and 5-D consciousness

    -The current mass conscious awakening

-The new paradigm, moving energy, the metaphysical world and more.
