  • Solomon Paradox, Silva Method & Taking Small Steps

    Today's episode finds our Coaches Avril, Eric, and Almar engaging in a smorgasbord of topics such as embracing walking and writing, the importance of taking action, the power of divine intervention, hypnotherapy, setting intentions in the morning, visualization and manifestation, teeing off with the Silva Method and how to use it to start your day programmed for success with 5 magic golden minutes of self-programming before fully getting "on line" for the day.

    They dive into a discussion on the unconscious and conscious mind, alpha waves and state of mind in the morning hours, trance and hypnosis, the power of the mind, and guided visualization strategies for success with humor and fun.

    They talk about logical skills vs. spiritual skills, and struggling with visualization and strategic techniques linking the mind and body to reaching goals.

    The Coaches emphasize the importance of identifying virtues and creating a clear picture of the type of person one wants to be. They also discuss the steps to creating a plan and overcoming roadblocks, the process of setting goals, and finding clarity in life, despite not being sure about what you want to achieve.

    The conversation highlights the significance of having direction and feeling alive in order to find fulfillment. They explore the difficulty of knowing what one wants and offer strategies for finding answers. They also discuss the benefits of seeking help from a life coach or a supportive friend.

    The conversation concludes with Eric revisiting the introduction and insights on the Solomon Paradox that he introduces earlier in the episode, reflecting on oneself, and the power of being present and grateful.
