Natalie Bennett is one of two Green Party Peers sitting in the House of Lords. She was the leader of the party through the 2015 general election - the ‘Green Surge’. Natalie has a new book out now called Change Everything: How we can rethink, repair and rebuild society.

I ask Baroness Bennett to share her vision in the book, covering the potentially transformative ideas for changing the UK’s political and economic system for a healthier, happier, and sustainable future. Rayan Telleria is a recording engineer trained by the Abbey Road Institute, and an already prolific producer and composer of film music, songs and lofi music, at only 23 years of age. He was also the drummer of the latin/neo-soul band Naia for several years from its birth, and more recently the band’s producer.

Faith Norman is a singer-songwriter in the duo Bring Me Flowers with the single ‘hi,’ in collaboration with the producer Rayan Telleria. Whilst music remains a huge part of her life, Faith has achieved the Himalayan feat of working whilst converting to get into medical school after studying Music and Drama as an undergraduate. 

In this episode, they dive into a vast range of topics from psychology, music therapy, songwriting to mental health and the struggle of deciding what career to pursue. They do not shy away from talking about their personal views and experiences surrounding these topics. However, the conversation, recorded back in January 2023, remains a fun and bubbly one throughout.
