    Dec 3 2024

Welcome to another episode of Mental Health Multiverse: A podcast where we mindfully break down your pop culture favs and discuss them through the lens of self care, mental health, and personal development.

This week on MHM we are talking about MADAME MEDUSA from Disney’s 1977 movie, THE RESCUER’S!

In the opinion of HB & LB, Madame Medusa is an incredibly underrated villain. She has all the makings of an icon and yet she hasn’t hit that iconic status. In fact, she seems relatively forgotten. We hope to change that!

Questions, themes, and topics we touch on include:

    • Madame Medusa’s character design (largely influenced by Cruella)

    • Disney Villain comparison: Where does she compare to other iconic Disney Villains?

    • Does wearing lots of makeup mean you’re insecure?

    • How evil must you be to manipulate and kidnap a CHILD?

    • WHO DOES SNOOPS REMIND US OF?! (we never answered this, please help)

    • Having a manipulative caregiver you want to run away from.

    And more!

This week on MHM we are talking about MADAME MIM from THE SWORD IN THE STONE
