    Jan 26 2024

    hey everyone!

welcome to episode 9 of the mind medicine podcast.

but nonetheless, this episode is one you do not want to miss! i wanted to talk about this trend of romanticizing your life and acting like the main character of your own story. I touch on how little things and finding joy in them is the secret to a meaningful life and maximizing your quality of life.

i mention five ways in which i romanticize my life and alter my reality in order to make the most of my circumstances.

so come tune in to listen to me yap about my pinterest boards, making time capsules of moments in my life that i can look back on, and watching grwms on youtube while getting ready as a select few examples of how i romanticize my life and act like the main character in my own story.

  • ep 8: "your capacity of love is one of your most beautiful traits, handle it with care."
    Jan 12 2024

    hey everyone!

welcome to episode 8 of the mind medicine podcast.

in today's episode I talk about this post I saw on instagram by we the urban that said "your capacity of love is one of your most beautiful traits, handle it with care."

I talk about how this quote really made me reflect on how I've been so resistant to new connections in my life because of my past. how i feel bad because it's not fair for me to have prejudice against new people's intentions. i also touch on how it's taxing on me to have to hold back from pouring into people with love because I am someone who loves and loves HARD.

keep your heart open to new experiences and lessons because thats how we grow as people. you might miss out on amazing people being a part of ur life because ur so riddled by ur past. learn from it but don’t let it hold you back. know that all the love you give will find its way back to you. that is a promise.

so come and tune in to hear me yap about meaningful connections and to not let the world dim your beautiful heart and it's capacity of love <3
