    In this video, I share the exact follow-up strategies that work—double dialing, triple dialing, calling at different times of day, and even using humor to get responses. I also give a shout-out to Drew B. Wilson, known as the “Meme Lord,” for his creative use of memes in sales follow-up.

    If you want to close more deals, you need to master the art of follow-up. Don't let another agent snag your lead just because you didn’t follow up enough. Make every call count, and never stop until you've secured the deal.
