Join me and my guest, Mickaël Dufourneaud. Mickaël is a Process Communication Model® Master Trainers Director and certifies PCM trainers and coaches around the world. He is also a facilitator, executive coach, and supervisor. Before becoming the Chief Operating Officer of Kahler Communications, Inc. in 2018, Mickael worked as a consultant at KCI and was responsible for creating, organizing, selling, facilitating, and managing the quality of the personal development and SoftSkills Assessment training. In the past 12 years, Mickaël has trained more than 10,000 people on a variety of subjects including the Process Communication Model, public speaking, communication management, and leadership skills. Mickaël has also been studying comedy since he was 11 years old, and has worked as a freelance comedian since 1997. As a drama school graduate, vocal coach, and 19 years experience as an actor, Mickaël integrates comedy and emotional expression in his training methods. Mickaël also has a Masters degree in Information and Communication Science from La Sorbonne University in Paris.
