After taking a month off to rest, relax, and recharge—something we believe is essential for anyone’s healthy rhythm—we’re back and ready to dive into a topic that’s on everyone’s mind this time of year: New Year’s resolutions. As many of us know, January 1st can bring a surge of excitement and motivation, but by mid-January, most of those big resolutions start to fade away. Statistically, there’s even a "National Quitters Day"—the second Friday of every year—where most people abandon their goals.
But here’s the thing: January 1st is just a date. Every single day can be your “January 1st”—a fresh start to pursue your goals and dreams. We talk about how to stop making excuses, how to overcome setbacks, and how to build the character needed to truly go after what you want. Life will throw challenges your way, but the key is not giving up, getting back up when you fall, and constantly moving forward with a growth mindset.
In this episode, we encourage you to reflect on whether you have the character to pursue your goals or if you need to take time to build that strength first. Either way, don’t quit—keep going, because better days are ahead!
