  • We talk about a variety of subjects. We talk about mental health, substance use, and how it affects people including the stigma. We both have our own diagnosis and we want to lessen the stigma which surrounds the subject. We want to be able to create conversations, not judgement. We are just two people who talk about life in general as well. The fist Episode is on the fly so to speak. We were both nervous.
