  • 228. Avoidance in Business: Why You’re Stuck, Subconscious Blocks, and How to Break Through

    In this episode we are diving deep into something every entrepreneur experiences at some point... avoidance. Whether it’s not checking your Stripe account, ghosting your content calendar, or avoiding that DM to the coach you’ve been binge watching, the truth is, avoidance is never just about being “lazy” or “busy.”

    Avoidance is subconscious self protection.

    I’ll be sharing the exact ways I spot true avoidance in clients, the subconscious patterns driving it, and the NLP tools and rewiring techniques you can use to break free.     • Who benefits when I stay in disorganisation and what am I avoiding?

    Investing:

    • What emotion do I associate with investing in myself?
    • What’s the worst-case scenario I imagine when I invest?
    • What would it feel like to be fully supported?
    • What would the highest version of me invest in and why?

    Selling & Visibility:

    • What did I learn about women who are visible and confident?
    • What do I believe people will think of me if I show up fully?
    • What does ‘selling with power’ mean to me and what scares me about that?
    • Who do I become when I stop waiting to be chosen and start claiming my space?
