    Start by taking a deep breath, holding it, and slowly exhaling. Feel your body relax as we journey together to find peace and release emotional baggage.

    Reflect on the pain caused by a family member, and explore how holding onto this hurt affects you. Understand that while they hurt you once, holding onto the pain only causes repeated suffering.
