RJ Studio brings you a new podcast series called 'Mohabbatein - The Stories Behind The Artists'. Now, when you hear this title for the first time, you might ask yourself: What is Mohabbat? Mohabbat is a term that means love, but not just simple love, it means the love of a lifetime. It encompasses all types of love, whether it be romantic, or towards art, or towards an idea, and the stories that stem from someone’s love is what brings our show to life. The word 'Mohabbatein' sums up our series in more ways than one. The reason for that is that this series shines a spotlight on artists throughout history, spanning across generations. In this series, we learn about the lives of these artists, we put on their masks and look at the world through their eyes, learning about their ups and downs, their successes and their failures, their muses, and their motivations. We get to see what truly inspired these artists, whether it be the love for their craft, the love for another person that inspired them, the heartbreaks in their lives that came from love lost, or the love for the idea of creating. When we boil down to it all, the core emotion that is left behind is love or more aptly put, 'Mohabbat' and hence the name 'Mohabbatein'. In the ninth episode, we see that a wall has been created between the love of Devdas and Paro due to the differences in their families, and due to these differences, we see Paro's mother arrange her marriage with a landlord from Manikpur. Seeing all this happen, we see Devdas take this trauma of losing the love of his life to his heart and leave to go back to Kolkata where he becomes acquainted with Chunni Lal. Chunni Lal is someone who tempts Devdas to take up some vices in his life to help cope with his broken heart, one of these vices includes joining him to go see a dancer by the name of Chandramukhi. We also see Paro make a request to Devdas to shoulder her 'Doli' as she gets married to someone else, a really difficult ask to fulfill. Will Devdas be able to cope with this trauma?
